Digital Downloads
Digital downloads of records are provided by this site in the form of Jpeg files. Please note that these will carry a single watermark along the edge of the image; all other watermarks will be removed.
Print Orders
You can order hard copy prints and digital image downloads of the burial records on this website.
Your order will be processed by our contractors TownsWeb Archiving Ltd. Please note that the image displayed may not be an exact representation of the image in the archive. Colour and contrast may differ. Some images may be required to be cropped to the size you select - therefore your print may not show the entire image. Your print may show a white border depending on the size of the image and the size of print you have ordered. Please read the full terms and conditions relating to the print ordering process.
Please allow up to 7 days for your prints to be delivered.
During the Christmas period, orders received after the 23rd December will not be fulfilled until January 4th.
Prints - Shipping Policies
Depending on the size of the ordered print we charge a base price for postage and packaging using Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery within the UK (additional items incur a £1 surcharge). Royal Mail 2nd Class aims to deliver within 3 days, including Saturdays.
Prints - Return Policy
We aim to provide you with the highest quality product. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us the item for replacement or full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. To return an item, you must notify us in writing at the TownsWeb Archiving PO Box address printed on our terms and conditions with your order number. We will be able to process the refund within 30 days of receiving your return and will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
The item must be in its original packaging and be undamaged. You are responsible for the shipping cost.
